Looking for a 3rd roommate in our luxury 3bdr apartment in prime Williamsburg! Located on Kent Ave, 4th floor unit, with stunning views of the East River, the Williamsburg bridge and Manhattan.
The room is available on July 30th (potentially slightly earlier, maybe around July 27th), as our current roommate Tim will have to leave the country due to his visa expiring.
Room and rent:
A 92sqft room, with a great view, for $2,425. The room and apartment are furnished (in the room: queen size bed, desk, drawers in the closet, curtains). Utilities not included (Internet $30/mo; energy typically $70/mo).
About us:
- Dima is in his early 30s, working at a technology company. He likes reading, playing tennis, and decompressing by exploring the city and nature nearby.
- William is also in his early 30s and works in finance. He also has a house in the Westchester where he spends about half of the time with his 2 kids. He knows all about the hustle, combining his full time job with the animal welfare charity he founded. He also enjoys doing ironman triathlons.
We mostly live our lives but enjoy the occasional nice activity like watching movies, playing games or going to events, as well as sometimes chilling a bit in the evening (without any obligation).
About the apartment:
The apartment is an amazing unit in a brand new luxury building, with breathtaking views of the Williamsburg bridge, East River and Manhattan. Pictures attached! Note the very nice roof, the washer and dryer in unit, the 2 bathrooms, and the pretty decent gym in the basement. There is Central Air and each room has its own AC unit.
About you:
We're looking for someone who is nice, clean, low maintenance and reliable.
Commitment:
The lease ends on October 31st, 2022. So you could stay short-term (August to October, possibly less), although there's a good chance we will renew the lease in November, especially if you show interest too.
We ask for a month of security deposit and for the rent to be paid at the beginning of each month.
