Amazing duplex in Williamsburg

Hey! I’m subletting my room from December 18- January 13. No lease renewal Im asking for $500 less of what I pay. It’s the most amazing apartment. It’s a duplex apartment, new building, amazing location, 4 minutes away from Marcy Ave train station and 7 from the L train. Includes everything, fully furnished, equipped, w/d in unit, it even includes kitchen and cleaning products. It has hardwood floors, TV in the living room, HUGE furnished terrace, BBQ in the rooftop. Rent includes a cleaning service of the whole apartment once a week.

I have 3 other roommates, super nice and respectful but they live in the upstairs floor and have a door to their floor so I rarely run into them. Your room would be located in the first floor of the apartment, next to your private bathroom with a shower and tub, living room and kitchen. It’s in the third floor of the building. You can access the terrace from the room, tons of natural light and ventilation.

I really can’t say enough good things about this apartment I love it but I have to move out of New York and I’ll have almost a month left on my lease.
