Welcome to Vila Maria, our loft in Williamsburg.

Hello, this is Stefan.

May I suggest that you look into Vila Maria, my cozy loft here in Williamsburg which reflects my wife's ancestry in Brazil, my own from Basel, Switzerland, and our eclectic life here in New York City.

You will love our neighborhood, I can promise you that. It features many charming little restaurants, great shopping, and all this near the Bedford Avenue L-train subway station. There is even a big Apple store two blocks away. By subway, you will be from our house at NYU/Union Square downtown in about 30 minutes, or by ferryboat down at Wall Street.

So if you would like to live in a very cool neighborhood, 1/2 an hour from downtown Manhattan, check out what my wife and I have on offer. We practically live on the waterfront, with priceless sunsets from the parks up and down the East River.

2 bedrooms will become available on May 21. Casa Chinesa for $1,200, and Casa da Cabocla for $1,250, plus $80 for utilities.

All of my bedrooms feature a full-size or queen-size bed, a small refrigerator, or a refrigerator freezer.
They all come with a nightstand or two, plenty of shelving, drawers, and hangers, a full-size mirror, and a swiveling TV/computer monitor which you can hook up to your laptop with an HDMI cable. They come fully furnished and all are tastefully decorated. We also can provide bedding and towels.

Toothbrush, nightgown, and slippers are not included.

Room service and housekeeping can be provided. For anything else, just ask my wife Wal or me. Our sense of humor is included with this package and it comes for free.
But we can also be dead serious about our umbrellas. Some of them recently walked away all by themselves.
