Hi all! We are looking for a woman late 20s or older for a furnished room in south Williamsburg on May 1.

Some details:
- Room is upstairs in a 4-bed, 1.5 bathroom apartment and the upstairs bathroom and landing/closet area is shared with another woman. With how the space is set up, it’s best to have another woman up there so we are not considering any men.
- Long-term sublet (10-12 months)
- The big selling point is the awesome patio!
- utilities around $75-100 per month
- 420 friendly
- No pets

All three roommates travel about half the month for work. About us:
Abbey (37): Baseball reporter, grew up in California and moved here from LA seven years ago.
Harris (37): Athletic trainer, diehard Phoenix Suns fan and makes better Mexican food than any restaurant in the city.
Rhiannon (30): From London, works in financial services and loves American sports
