Seeking roommate to fill a room of a 4 bed 2 bath

Hi! Seeking to fill one room of a 4 bed 2 bath apartment in Williamsburg. My roommates and I have already secured the lease so you would just need to apply and be added to the lease. The lease starts April 15th and goes until the end of June 2025 with one month free.

Located in prime Williamsburg, the apartment is a 3 minute walk to the L train and a 20 minute commute to midtown, less for lower Manhattan. Situated along one of the main roads, the apt is walking distance to plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars, music venues, thrift stores, and Cooper, McCarren, and McGolrick parks. Your room sits alone on the first floor of a duplex apt and features a private balcony. It can easily accommodate a queen bed, dresser & small desk. The building festures an elevator, W/D on the first floor and a communal rooftop. We're also the top floor so not additional upstairs neighbors!

A bit about the roommates: we're all professional females in our 20s, outgoing and respectful of each other and our spaces. Two of us will be hybrid wfh, the other never works from home and our schedules typically vary. My goldendoodle will be joining us, he's a sweet gentle giant who tends to hang by my side.
