I am subletting my bedroom / private bathroom for the summer in my beautiful apartment on Driggs / S 4th in the heart of Williamsburg (5mn from Bedford station and Marcy stations, 5mn from Domino Park on the river).
The apartment is shared with my wonderful roommate Kathy. Our place is a rare jewel in the area, a 2nd floor unit on top of a townhouse with a full outdoors deck, perfect layout with great privacy (each BR/bath at opposite sides of the house), it was renovated just a year ago and it’s decorated with great taste (including plants!). All fully furnished, neat-freak clean, and equipped with stainless steel appliances, AC and an in-house washer and dryer. The rental price includes utilities and cleaning.
I am seeking a clean, mature and respectful person to sublet, and a good match with my roommate.
