Bedroom in 3 bed Williamsburg Apt - short/sub-let

I will be returning back to the UK for an estimated time frame of 4-8 weeks. The room will be available from May 10th with an initial period of 1 month, but likely to be extended to 2.

I am looking to find a tenant to take over my room for this short period. Ideally a male in their 20s who is sociable with a regular 9-5 job.

The room has railings and chest of drawers for storage.

It sits within the 11249 postcode, just on Berry St. It's a 5-10min walk to either Bedford Ave on the L train or Nassau Ave G train.
Marcy Ave station is also a 20min walk away.

Perks include a great rooftop space with view of the Empire State Building and a gym in the cellar. Additionally, McCarren Park is less than a 5min walk.
