Roommate Wanted - Room in Windsor Terrace 3 Bdrm

Offering a 110 square foot unfurnished room in a ground floor apartment in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn (current roommate has a like-new bed, bedside table and bookcase for sale for cheap if you need it). Quiet, green and beautiful neighborhood with a couple new restaurants and a new bar near the subway stop.

5 blocks from the Ft. Hamilton F/G train (Seeley Street and McDonald). In between the Greenwood Cemetery and Prospect Park, the two greenest parts of Brooklyn. 20 min. train ride to Manhattan.

The room has a window to the backyard and a tall closet fit for one person. There is also shared storage in a walk-in closet near the kitchen.

I'm the sole lease holder and have been here for 8 years. I'm a quiet, easy going middle aged male who works in the theater set production industry - I work normal hours, usually 8-6. LGBT friendly, sometimes smoker (but not in the apt.) Must like dogs! I have a friendly, red nosed pit-mix named Moxie that won't get in your way.

There is access to a back yard patio through my room, which is always welcome. The third "bedroom" I have made into a den of sorts - leather chairs and a bar...basically a place to hang out and talk, so it would just be us two occupants (plus dog). Lots of shared space here.

Bills include wi-fi, gas and electric, which usually total $65 each per month or less, depending on the season. (I pay in more for my A/C in the summer). No additional pets, sorry. Prefer long term, but short term acceptable. First and last month's rent due upon move-in, but can accommodate if that is an issue. Let me know if you have any questions!
