Available beginning September 15th(dates flexible) is a sunny furnished bedroom in my very large, beautiful 2 BR apartment. Room is rather small, but is very bright and comfortable, and has a closet and 2 windows. The apartment is even nicer than the photos! Lovely views from the fifth floor of a well-maintained building (with elevator) in a peaceful, pretty, friendly neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops. Laundry room on the first floor; only five minutes walk to Prospect Park and Greenwood Cemetery; two blocks to the F/G train at Ft. Hamilton Pkwy.
I am a female tattoo artist in my 30's. I'm kind, considerate, easy going, quiet and very clean and organized. I'm hoping to find someone who is the same :) I travel quite often for work, so you would have the place to yourself at times. Sharing the place with us are two darling cats, Pancakes and Ruby- they are the best thing about this apartment! You must love cats, or at least these 2, and be comfortable living with them and looking after them if I'm away. $1250/month everything included, plus one month deposit.
