Hi, I'm looking for a roommate to occupy a cozy bedroom in our 4 bed 2 bath apartment in our Brooklyn (Kensington/Windsor Terrace) apartment.

The unit is newly renovated and clean, and has IN-UNIT WASHER/DRYER and dishwasher. The room is furnished with a single size bed, desk/chair, small TV (if you need), and a built-in closet. There are 2 bathrooms in the unit, so you'll be sharing the bathroom with just one other roommate!

Located in a safe and friendly neighborhood, the apt is ~5 mins to Fort Hamilton Pkwy (F/G) station and ~10 mins from several other stops (i. e. Church Ave F/G, Church Ave B/Q, Beverly Rd Q lines). There are also express buses that take you into the city in 10-15 mins. I think the best bit is that it's very close to Prospect Park and perfect for dogspotting! There's also a cafe much beloved by the neighborhood right downstairs.

I am a prospective graduate student. I'm looking for a clean and friendly roommate!
