One room available to two bedroom apartment.

I am offering one room in a two bedroom apartment with a kitchen and living space area. It has nice sunlight and is a block from the park. I have another space where I spend my day in the studio painting. I also teach tennis at Prospect Park. I am quiet and don’t sleep too late. I usually spend the evenings in prospect park, playing tennis, reading or hanging with friends.
