• Good communication skills
• Laid back and capable of putting yourself in someone else’s shoes (aka a good roommate)
• Reasonably tidy and considerate
• No hard drugs/alcoholics (occasional drinking, or herbs okay
• No regular overnight guests
• First and Last month rent to move in
