Renting 1 room in a 3 bed 2 bath house. The room is 12x12 and is furnished with a queen bed. You will be sharing the bathroom with a male roommate. The $1300 includes all Utilities(water, electric, garbage), Internet. Kitchen and common areas are available for use as well as the washer/dryer. The house is located 0.8 miles from the Castro Valley Bart Station. 0.6 miles from 580 and 880 freeway on ramp. Plenty of street parking, quiet residential street. One person per room. No pets, no smoking, no overnight guests. 6 months lease minimum, then month to month. We are both working professionals and would prefer the same. Move-In Requirements: 1st month's rent + $1300 security deposit. Room is ready to move in June 1.
