Roommate looking for someone interested in a small bedroom + private bathroom and office space. The private rooms can be furnished or you can elect to ask that the furniture in the room be removed. There is a shared living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry spaces, all of which are already furnished. There is a garage space to store extra items and a small shared patio space in the back. Utilities and wifi are included in rental price and the landlord offers a monthly cleaning service for an extra 60$ per month.

The roommate already in the house has 2 cats and pets are okay, but they will need to be cat friendly and small. He is a middle school teacher and is fairly quiet. LGBTQ++ is a plus but not required.
