The bedroom comes with a detached full bathroom shared with another female tenant, so a female tenant candidate preferred. Flooring is hardwood, central heating and high speed Wi-Fi is available, parking available on street, front yard access. Limited access: washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave and basic electronic appliances in the kitchen only. Required pay first month rent and deposit( $1000/month ) before moving-in.
What I am looking for a housemate: single occupancy only and no visitor allowed, no guests staying overnight, no smoking, no illegal drugs, no heavy drinking, no pets please. Cleans up after herself, Respectful and courteous to other's space, belongs and privacy. Share utilities(water, electricity, gas), Pay rent on time.
