Private bedroom on the ground floor with key lock and a window and a view of the front yard. The bedroom has 110 square feet and is furnished with full size bed, desk, chair and one dresser. The bedroom comes with a detached full bathroom shared with another female tenant, so a female tenant candidate preferred. Flooring is hardwood, central heating and high speed Wi-Fi is available, parking available on street, front yard access. Limited access: washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave and basic electronic appliances in the kitchen only. Required pay first month rent and deposit( $900/month ) before moving-in. What I am looking for a housemate: single occupancy only and no visitor allowed, no guests staying overnight, no smoking, no illegal drugs, no heavy drinking, no pets please.
