Chill profesh fem looking for peaceful roomie :)

Hello!

Looking for 1 roomie to fill the smaller of the 2bed 1bath house I stay in. My roommate unexpectedly moved out but I'm not in a rush to find someone. I would like it to be the right fit for both people. Ive been living here for 4.5 yrs now.

I stay on a 4000 sq ft property, with a front yard and locked back yard. There's also a 2 car garage. House comes with gas stove, wash/dryer, heat (no ac), front patio, backyard terrace, fireplace, firepit. Mostly wood floors except kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms. Mostly furnished except the bedroom.

Im originally from Portland, OR but have been in the bay area for 12-13 yrs now. About 6 of those have been Oakland. I commute to my office in South SF and all over the bay for work. My schedule fluctuates and I'm home about 70% of the time. I'm outgoing but like my alone time, love outdoor activities, music, cooking, gatherings, winter holidays, and having a home and space that is filled with good energy. I respect your space and things, I just ask the same :) I prefer meeting first before showing/move in. I do have 2 cats that are well trained behaved. Thats the only reason why I request no additional pets.

This lease will be through me as Im on the lease with the house. I dont require a set time frame but Im not looking for anyone super short term. The prop manager and owner are very hands off. I never see or hear from them unless there is an issue. The house also does come with ADT alarm system and a full house lorex 4k camera security system I installed within the first year I moved in.
