We are a retired professional couple in an empty nest beautiful home in the heart of the affluent Mission San Jose area. It is 5 mins from Ohlone college, 3 mins to 680 highway. Close by all convenient stores. 10 mins from Tesla plant and Goggle.

The house is located in a secluded quiet, very safe area. It has an ADU ( like a mother in law suit) unit attached to the house and that is where we live. We take care of our house daily to keep it nice and clean.

The main house ( where we rent out 5 rooms) was just renovated and is ready to rent out its 5 rooms. They are currently being available. It has 2 large master bedrooms , each with big private bath. Three other rooms are quite spacious which share 1 bathroom with bathtub. They are all very clean, quiet, beautifully decorated and furnished with high quality furnitures.
