The space is a lovely two bedroom/one bathroom unit located on the top floor of a 5 story apartment building. The apartment is south facing affording long views (with treetops in the foreground) and spectacular afternoon and evening light. The interior has old time charm with original hardwood floors, tile in the kitchen and bathroom, high ceilings, and ample windows. The building tenants are friendly and quiet. There is laundry on site. The building is centrally located between Uptown, The Lake, Temescal, and Piedmont Avenue. The space would come furnished.
