Designer furnished suite-private bath-ok pet

GWM professional with 2 dogs. Large 4 bed 2 bath SFR. Renting out 1 of bed with private bath. I am the only other person living in the house so not a bunch of people to deal with. Professionally decorated and furnished, hi speed wifi, Netflix, Hulu and all other utilities included.

I have a big dog, so you should be a dog person ideally. Other pets could work, depending on details. Free off street Parking onsite, w/d in the home. 1/2 block to West Oakland Station. 6 min to downtown SF on BART. I'm a very busy professional and am gone most of the time and travel often.

Hoping to find a roommate who would be a loving friend to my lonely dog with my long hours at work. I have a dog service but poor guy still must be lonely.

I'm easy to live with, a gourmet chef and well traveled. Let me know, I'm flexible on terms and rents/deposits for the right person.
