The House
- 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1.5 bathroom townhouse 900 sq feet.
- Shared kitchen and Shower. I only use the shower of your bathroom upstairs. I have my own half bath downstairs.
- Washer/Dryer, kitchen cabinet and fridge in the unit shared.
- Mattress/box spring and a night stand included in the room.
- Water and garbage included. Power and Internet will be split between the two of us. PG&E bill is normally under $70. Internet is $40 this year.

About me
- I am a middle age man working from home. I am easy going and open-minded. I cook regularly and reheat leftover most of the time. The living room downstairs will have normal noises from TV but I will turn it to the level that you won't be able to hear much in your bedroom upstairs.

My ideal roommate
- Single as this house is for single occupancy only. (No couples, no family, no overnight guests)
- Has stable income and is making three times the rent with fair credit.
- Respectful, clean and neat.
- No smoking.
- Light cooking.
- No loud music.
- Does not burn candles in the room. It is important.

The lease will be month-to-month. W2, two months of pay-stubs and credit check required. One month rent and One month security deposit to move in. Short term rental will include a clause to let me show the room during occupancy.
