Signed lease required, vaccination status for Covid 19 and monkeypox preferred. Weekly cleaning of restrooms and common areas paid by owner. Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher on site. Required documents include but not limited to: CAReal ID/CAID, Credit Check less than 12 months old/SSN, 3 letters of reference/renting history, proof of income twice the monthly rent, background check less than 3 months old, no water filled furniture or appliances, no pets, no evictions, credit scores below 600 will not be considered.
