* Rental Application Requirement - Must earn 3x the rent - $2650 in verifiable monthly income to apply

* Must be Non-Smoker | Non-Vaper ( No smoking of any kind permitted on the premises )

* No Overnight Guests

* Guests permitted on a rare occasion, but not habitually or weekly.
