A little bit about me:

I work two jobs, 13 hour shifts and I like to visit my family on my off days so I will not be home often. I'm a very laid back landlord, music, guests (with in reason) are fine with me. I keep my house clean and ask everyone help clean their fair share and pay rent on time. I like hiking, boxing, cooking and trying new restaurants.
