Washer/dryer (new) & 2nd Fridge/Freezer (new) in the garage. Backyard and front yards are both fenced. Parking on driveway is fine or street is ok too. Shade under the tree during hot summer.
Shopping, restaurants & bus stops within walking, BART is 10 min drive.
WiFi, Housekeepers, and Gardener included in the rent.
Utilities will be shared (water, garbage & PG&E)
