Master room for rent 1,150 plus utilities

Hello I have a master room for rent in Concord CA. It is available Feb 1st. A $600 security deposit is required along with 1st months rent upon move in day (if you move in after Feb 1st. 1st month rent will be calculated from your move in date until the end of the month of February). Utilities are not included but average around $200. I am open too all professionals and students couples are welcome as well. I am the tenant you will be sharing the house with I am a 29 year old African American male I am a professional who works in the fire service. I also have two dogs who stay with me as of now but maybe moving soon. So that is something to consider.
