Room Available for Rent

We have a three bedroom house with a large yard, we are looking for someone to fill one of the rooms, the two of us (24-woman, 42-man)currently occupy the other two rooms. You would have your own bedroom which can fit a queen sized bed and your own closet. The house only has one bathroom, so this is shared by everyone, along with the rest of the house; living room, kitchen, dining space, garage (door does not work atm, mostly used for storage and other activities)-with washer and dryer, porch, and yard. I do have a cat and this house is smoking/friendly. My cat is an indoor cat and has full access to the shared spaces inside the house, she is also very friendly.
-10 min walk to Concord BART and Todos Santos
-splitting utilities between the three of us as well
-the room gets a lot of light from the large window facing the yard
-in the photos, there is a bike, it will be moved into the garage upon someone moving in
