There is a shared living room, dining room, kitchen, and washer and dryer.

The home is located in a quiet suburban neighborhood with friendly neighbors ranging from young families to empty nesters, and minimal through traffic.

The housemates are quiet, considerate, laid-back, and respectful, and clean up after themselves when they use the kitchen or shared spaces.
