One person only, no couples. Must have a stable job history, no drama. Looking for someone who is friendly, quiet, clean, responsible and respectful. No 420 or smoking/vaping, please. No pets. Room is for one person only. Moderate alcohol is fine. Overnight guest with advance notice -- no more than one night. Application and background check required: fee paid by applicant. Must have at least one rental reference. Offering a 6 month lease.
