1 medium bdrm for rent in 3 bdrm house

We are two women living in a 3 bdrm house with an extra room. New tenant will share the bathroom with one other female. There is a back patio, 2 cats and 1 dog. One person is a smoker (outside only), so tobacco is acceptable. We are generally quiet but not antisocial. If you care to have people over, you are very welcome to do so. Total access to the living room, patio, kitchen, washer/dryer and there is a small refrigerator that is yours if you care to keep your groceries separate. There is central heat/AC. The parking is off street in a quiet neighborhood (lots of families). Our location is a 15 min walk to BART, and very close to Downtown Concord.
