You would have access access to the full kitchen, living room, dining room. There is a washer/dryer on site. Parking is street only. The room is roughly 11x11 with a small closet.
I'm only considering non-smokers & people without pets, sorry the impact of animals (though I love them!) would be too great. The main thing I will ask is that you be a neat & clean person, even in your private space, my last house mate treated the home as if it were a "Hotel". The repairs were costly for me.
