Room for Rent in Pittsburg / Oakhills area

1 shared bathroom with one very tidy clean / female. 1/2 bathroom / powder room located downstairs in main floor
- Bedroom size is approximately: 11’ x 8 FT
- Room is for one person only, preferably female as neighboring roomie is a lady as well. (Sorry will not accommodate couples or Pets as stipulated by Lease)
- Bedroom has a sliding closet of medium size. Outside the door there are shelves / storage closets that can be utilized.
- Common areas are furnished including common kitchen and cleaning appliances.
- The large garage has room for storage and has some shelves to be offered for us as assigned accordingly.
- Parking shall be street or off street and plenty of parking in front and side of house.
- BART Baypoint / Pittsburg station is walkable distance of less than 5 minutes away and is only 3-4 blocks from the house. Safeway and Dollar Tree and commercial areas areas are within a few minutes walk or 2 minutes drive from the residence.
- Entrance to CA-4 is less than 5 minutes away
- Room is on second floor and is across the hall from the bathroom, around 5 steps away.

Mature and Responsible
- Used to having roommates and willing to submit references and a background check as per required by the landlord for a roommate.
- Employed or student but either is working or has support.
- Paystubs of at least three months and a down of one month. Rent / roommate is month to month. Require advance notification of 5 weeks for vacating.
We do not allow pets nor will not make any considerations due to the requirement of the lease as no pets. No overnight visitors or weekend stays of family members as the room can only accommodate so much and landlord does not allow
extended stay visits.
- Utilities more or less at $75-150 a month depending on season.
- No Smoking, No Weed / recreational drugs allowed. Sober housemate required.
