Unfurnished room is available for rent June 16, 2023, in a four-bedroom house with 3 other male professionals in Richmond Annex. The house is quiet and clean. Located in a safe neighborhood with easy access to AC Transit, BART and nearby shops.

You will have access to a shared full kitchen and laundry. House has a pleasant backyard. $850.00 rent (Internet and bathroom cleaning included) does not include utilities and there is a $850.00 deposit.

We are looking for a male professional who:

* has a full-time 9-5 job outside the house
* socializes outside the house
* doesn't use drugs, or smoke/vape
* doesn't have pets
* is clean, quiet, respectful, and easy to get along with

The room is single occupancy only.

There are three of us currently in the house, and we are thoughtful and respectful with regard to each other's space. We view the house as a place of rest and quiet. We are seeking someone who is looking for the same.
