Looking for 21-35y Female, ok w/cats no Parties

Private room available with a nice size closet. Shared bathroom and common spaces. I have some furniture already so you only really need your own bedroom items. Living and dining furniture negotiable based on what I already have.
Included in the rent is water, trash and sewer and I am also included free WiFi. PG&E is our shared responsibility 50/50. We have an in unit washer and dryer and we live on the second floor of a cute 2-story building. We have a very nice (newly constructed) patio that looks at Mt. Diablo. I’m 4/20 friendly (outside only) but no cigarettes. I have 2 cats, they are super shy and will not let you touch them probably ever. But if you leave your door open they will go in to explore. I’m not currently accepting any other pets right now. A little about me! I’m a chronically ill girly so I don’t go out much. I work all day so when I come home I smoke some weed and just chill out for the rest of the night. On the weekends I’m visiting family. Im a pretty chillax person, the only requirement I’m looking for is someone who cleans up after themselves, is reliable in paying rent on time, and who communicates with me. I don’t party or drink, if you drink that’s is fine, but I’m lookin for someone who’s pretty chill too and doesn’t bring any drama home.
