Room with hallway bath (shared with 2 other girls). Common space is shared with 3 others, which includes a kitchen, living room, office space, and backyard.

There is 1 dog, Wrangler, which is Brianna's. He is outside most of the time.

The lease is month-to-month.
The rent is $1100 with a $1000 refundable security deposit.
