Private room and bathroom for rent in shared home. Fully furnished. Beautiful mountain views and very quiet, 7 minutes from Sly Park lake, 25 minutes to downtown placerville. Some snow in the winter so appropriate vehicle is recommended.
Utilities and wifi included. Large driveway parking. Laundry room available. No kitchen but we have an extra microwave available if you want it.
There are cats in the home, but they are not allowed in the bedroom.
My boyfriend and I live in the home together on the other side of the house. We are looking for someone clean, quiet, and non smoker to share our home. No overnight guests or parties please. Unfortunately no pets also as we already have indoor cats.
Credit check and references will be required. Six month lease required then month to month after that.
$950 Deposit and 1st months rent due upon move in.
