Peaceful Primary Bedroom

Very large primary bedroom and en suite bathroom available. The room is partially furnished and located in the back of the house. Very peaceful and private. The house is located in the Fresno High/Tower District Area, has plentiful street parking and access to FAX bus right on our corner.
I am a certified holistic nutritionist with a few food allergies/sensitivities. I cook often and use alternative ingredients to accommodate my allergies. The kitchen is well equipped, and with communication will be pretty easy to share. Other common areas, such as living room, half bath, laundry area, front room and backyard are spacious and sunny! There is one very sweet dog in the home. No other pets are permitted at this time.
This would be a good fit for someone who works outside the home (although there is space for a WFH situation), and who is social and friendly but also values privacy and already has a good support system in place. This share is best for one person only. No couples or multiple renters.
I work part time from home and part time at a chiropractic office. My partner no longer lives here full-time due to work but he is here for a week or two at a time every couple of months. We are pretty mellow, enjoy music and movies, and have a friend or two over from time to time.
