Welcome to your cute and cozy Comfy Cottage. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious meal plus a microwave and toaster oven. The bathroom has a tub and adjustable shower head. The bedroom features a luxurious Queen size mattress and ample closet space. Your big living room has a TV with Netflix, Prime Video and HULU plus a DVD player. There is an office nook in the living room. There is also a comfortable sectional sofa that converts into a full bed for overnight guests. And perhaps best of all the cottage has a private outdoor patio that opens up to a well maintained back yard! The property is gated and surrounded by fencing with a safe and quiet neighborhood. I charge a 200 dollar nonrefundable cleaning fee. You must meet the financial requirement of a minimal gross of $3500 a month with documented proof consisting of 3 months worth of paycheck deposits.1 months notice is necessary.
