1 private room with shared bath for rent in our 3 bed two bath 1,600 sq ft house on 1.5 acres. Beautiful views and plenty of privacy. Rent includes water, sewer, gas, trash and internet. You would be responsible for 1/3 electric as well as any upgrade in internet that you may require. My girlfriend and I own the house. We are in our late 20’s and early 30’s. We have one big sweet dog and one recluse cat. We are looking for 1 female individual. Please be clean, neat, responsible and respectful. No drugs whatsoever.
