The room on this listing is on the lower floor and the house is on a Cul de sec and located upper north of oildale in a very safe, clean, and quiet area.

We share the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. However, the bathroom should be equally shared two room per bathroom.

The rent also include all utility and a high-speed 1gig internet, spectrum.

Even though we have a Husky, we can't have anymore. Only cage pet are okay, like bird, reptiles, fish, etc.

Please let us know if you have allergies or allergic to dog fur.

All current tenant are at the age of 22 to 45, all gender welcome. All are very respectful and keep thing to themselves.

As for the parking space, we are limited to space but we ask to limited one car per room if otherwise, please let us know so we can arrange or come up with something.

As goes for the security of the house, all tenant at the house will have their own entry password to the house will be record. There is also a 24/7 smart Ai monitor camera for everyone safety.

*When you physically move in, I will point them all out for your comfort*

For the house activity,
We sometime do outdoor movie night in the backyard over the weekend with a bonfire just to hang out and eat marshmallows. Kickback occasionally. We try to come up with more idea as summer approaches.
