Cozy Home to Share MUST Love Dogs

Single lady with two small dogs has a room to rent in my peaceful home. Full access to the rest of house and spacious patio. Quiet neighborhood, large yard, garage for storage if needed. The room comes furnished with very comfortable full size bed (new bedding), large closet with built in storage, desk, chair, large TV (firestick with prime & hulu), washer dryer & a fully stocked kitchen (instapot, Keurig, nutribullet). All Utilities are included.
I am quiet, work 8-5 M-F, and travel frequently on the weekends. My home is my sanctuary & the environment is drama free and ?green?. I am a spiritual person who as looking to share my home with someone who is kind, mature and responsible. I would consider another small dog, but NO cats. NO drugs! NO Partying! NO Smoking!
