Room for rent please read

Room for rent, one person only. $650 rent, $600 deposit. Must have a job. No pets, no smoking, and no alcohol. It’s a Muslim house that’s why. Must be willing to sign a rental agreement along with valid ID. This is only for the safety of my family and myself. Bathroom is shared, but we always keep it cleaned. I’m looking for someone that’s willing to be a roommate, not just a stranger living here. Like, if you see a package outside on your way out or on your way in, I would appreciate if you grab it and put in the living room. Instead of passing by it and not care. Stuff like that, watch my back and my family and I will watch yours.
