New luxury home in gated, safe, clean community.

My beautifully decorated home is welcoming, comfy with all furnishings & appliances in the home are new. The room is completely furnished with a queen size bed, desk, cable tv, dresser, night stand, easy chair, ceiling fan & more. The bedroom & bathroom are well stocked with extra linens. The bed has an orthopedic mattress with a "my Pillow" topper. The pillows are also "My Pillow". The house has beautiful landscaping & includes a large patio & fire pit areas in the backyard.
I am retired & the only person that resides here. I am respectful, easy going, quiet & clean. I keep busy with the gardens & continued improvement projects.
