THIS ROOM DOES NOT HAVE A CLOSET and will be available May 1st. The monthly rent is $600 and the refundable security deposit is $500. This is a month to month rental. The bathroom is shared. Utilities are included as well as internet access. Washer and Dryer in the unit. Parking is on the street. Full access to kitchen to cook your meals. We have one small dog and 2 cats so if you're allergic to pets, you may want to pass. This is a peaceful, clean, quiet home and landlords live onsite. This is not a frat house or flop house.

The right candidate is the following individual.

Has verifiable income and references.
Can pass a criminal background check (we pay for the check)
Respectful, clean, considerate and responsible.
No smoking inside the house or on property.
Does not have any pets.
Not on probation or parole.
