- Rent plus $30 for Internet and $30 for gas/electric

I'm usually not home during the day, always in my studio in Boyle Heights.. When home, I read a lot or watch movies. I'm definitely more of a quiet and contemplative person and value a chill, clean place to live.

I'll need a credit/background check, first months rent + a security deposit !
