Looking for a roommate in a Spacious 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Glendale. Glendale is a really nice city, centrally located, surrounded by all the studios with 3 major malls near by. Roughly 5 miles away from Downtown LA, Hollywood, Burbank, Pasadena, etc. Safe and Quiet neighborhood and apartment. Gated community. Swimming pool, BBQ, and Laundry facility onsite. Upstairs apartment facing residential street. Month to Month. NO PETS, NO SMOKERS OR DRUGS. OK if you have couches for living room. I have some, they are OK, however if you have some nicer couches, I will have no problem getting rid of the current ones.
Available is the Master Bedroom which comes with restroom inside of room, air conditioning unit in room, and wall heater. Included would be a covered parking spot and UTILITIES !! (electric, gas, internet).
$1,250 rent, $1,250 deposit, $25 key deposit, plus a $25 non-refundable credit check. Total Move in $2,550.
ABOUT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX: There are NO PETS allowed, there are NO playing of MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS on the premises, 420 not allowed in the apartment/complex. I have no problem if you 420 outside of the apartment. This is a very quiet and peaceful complex and noise carries easily. If quiet and relaxation is your thing, you?ll fit right in. Types of people that live here are people of all ages, some families, some students, some couples, and some professionals. Everyone more or less respects the rules very well and are pleasant. No troublemakers.
TYPE OF PERSON I'M LOOKING FOR: 25-45 age range, non-smoker, not married and or with children, easy going, easy to get along with, cleans up after themselves, good credit, reliable, consistent income, not short term, and can comfortably afford the rent.
