Large 2bd w/2.5 bath townhouse. You rent one of the one bedrooms with private bathroom and walk-in closet. You also get DirectTV and Wifi. Secured entry with central air/heat, Washer and dryer in the unit. Storage space in the unit too. Quite neighborhood in Old Agoura. Utilities are $100 depending on air or heat. $35 credit check but it will be up to me to make the decision, as long as you have a job. Deposit is $500.00. Well consider couples but rent would increase a little. If you are a couple it would raise the rent to $950.00.
