Month to Month Rental blocks from beach & downtown

This room is only for females and single occupants. No males or couples. Please do not bother to respond if you do not qualify.

Room for rent in a spacious, fully furnished apartment just minutes walking distance from downtown and the beach. The room is large, has 2 double closets, and most of the furniture in the pictures is available for very cheap (previous roommate is selling them). The bathroom is shared only with guests and features a full shower/bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with almost any tool or gadget you could want, as I cook quite often and bake a lot in the fall and winter. The apartment features a large spacious patio with a huge table, lots of plants, and a bbq. The building is small and the neighborhood is fairly quiet. Utilities would be split each month, ranging from around $30-60. Looking for someone for 6 months or through the school year at the longest.

I like to think I’m pretty easy to live with. I live fairly normal hours, work out of the house during the day, and keep things fairly neat around the apartment. For fun, I like to play board games, crochet, cook, bake, go indoor rock climbing, and check out cool spots with friends.
