Female Roommate for Large Room & 1/2 Bath Avail

I’m looking for a female roommate to move into a spacious master bedroom in an apartment close to the beach and downtown LB area. This space would be ideal for a grad student or working professional.

I am a 32, working professional. I work from home 90% of the time. I have one cat and she is very friendly.

Room is unfurnished. There is 1 master closet in the room and you would have your own bathroom (toilet, sink). Shower is shared. Apartment is cat friendly and small dog friendly for additional fee.

2 washers/dryers available in the building.

$1,100 + utilities (internet + electric), which run around $50-60 per month. No security deposit is required, but property management will require $30 fee to apply. Our apartments have parking spots but they are currently filled, however spots may become available during the year (first come first serve). The rent is month to month.
