Looking for prof female roommate to share 2 Bd

Hi! This is a 2 bd 1 shared bathroom in downtown Long Beach with an amazing 1 bd with built in storage for rent! This 2nd floor corner apartment is equipped with plenty of built in storage space & designed with the same blue hue furnishings throughout the building. The apartment is styled with modern contemporary pieces and is mostly furnished as the previous roommate left with some furniture! ( just missing dining room table). The apartment as a whole is 700 sq ft with tandem parking & is the only 2 bedroom apartment in the complex! I’m a 22 y/o young professional working in the fashion industry, & I’ve been stable with my job for 2 1/2 years :) I’m looking for another professional female identifying roommate who is stable, easy-going, clean and loves being in Long Beach! There is easy access to the 710/405/110 freeway and the beach is just a 5 minute drive away! There is an on site laundry unit with plenty of friendly neighbors & is accessed by code. LGTBQ+ and POC friendly, and I expect the same! I also have a small ESA cat with me, she’s super friendly and super lazy so she sleeps most of the day in the sun on her favorite chair ( she’s clean and there’s no smell).
